We didn't have time, so that's why we will be back. Everything was perfect, unbeatable location very close to Canmore, the town center and downtown and policemans trail boardwalk, very comfortable experience. The food was brilliant, with plenty of options.

Loved how the impressive room with 2 queen beds was arranged when we arrived. The service was excellent with a very early check-in.

The location is tranquil in a shopping area, within a short walk to the city center, public transport, major attractions, and the highway.

Our room was relatively cheap, and much nicer than others who stayed at different hotels but paid a similiar price.

Extra charges at time of checkout that were not noted at the time of booking or confirmation.

The TV wasn't working and the bed wasn't comfortable at all. Had backpain in the morning, because of the bad mattress. The cushions were thick polyester ones, so what is ecologic about that. All the things in the hotel were not ecological at all, don't think the people know what this term means... I was happy we only stayed one night, that was more than enough and could hardly sleep.

The restaurant here had some solid nightly specials that were reasonably priced - we had a good meal. the bed was comfy, and the room had the bonus of climate control and a nice attached terrace for a chill-out spot. 😊

The breakfast for vegetarians was nice, hot, and delicious. the workers were super friendly. the location is absolutely perfect and incredible, close to the main area of Canmore. It is conveniently situated near all major attractions, the onsite restaurant, and the town center.

The staff was friendly and the room suited our needs.

It said breakfast was included however on that day the chef did not show up. When I called the front desk they said it was going to be at 11 am. When I showed up the staff said no breakfast today. Traveling with young children I found this to be a big hassle .

We loved the fire place and balcony and that it felt like a little house.

We didnt like that the lounge closed early without warning so we got told to leave when we went to eat, or that our room was down a very long hallway.
